Yardwork

Isn’t it great when your kids still count it a privilege to pull weeds and work in the yard? It’s so amusing that they choose to deadhead, prune roses, and remove last year’s leftover growth over going to the park. Either we have little botanists or we are so overdue to work in the yard that labor in the sunshine is but novelty and bliss.
, and am enjoying the opportunity to teach and disciple my children at home. When not busy with family, I love to paint, sew, garden, host teas, cook, play the piano, mentor younger ladies, and redecorate my girlfriends' homes.
Love that happy, cheesy smile! And yes, these are sweet days of willing work, aren’t they? And isn’t it grand that winter is over?
